Ohinoyi Ebira Condoles Gov. Ododo Over Father’s Death

LOKOJA: The Ohinoyi of Ebira land and Vice President of the Kogi State Council of Chiefs, His Majesty, Alhaji Ahmed Tijani Muhammed Anaje, has commiserated with Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Usman Ahmed Ododo, over the death of his father, Alhaji Ahmed Momohsani Ododo.

Alhaji Ododo died at the age of 83.

In a condolence message issued on behalf of the Ebira Traditional Council, the monarch described the late patriarch’s passing in Abuja after a brief illness as a shocking loss.

He noted that the deceased led a fulfilled life and left behind enduring legacies, which are reflected in the values and service of his children.

“At this moment of grief, we pray Almighty Allah to forgive his shortcomings, grant him Jannatul Firdaus, and give the Governor and the entire family the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss,” the Ohinoyi said.

He urged the Ododo family to take solace in the impactful life lived by their late father, while praying for Allah’s comfort and strength for them during this trying time.
