BENIN: Edo State Governor, Senator Monday Okpebholo, has approved the appointment of Barr. Kasimu Otono as his new Special Adviser on Oil and Gas.
A statement by the Secretary to the State Government, Umar Musa Ikhilor, Esq., indicated that Barr. Otono replaces the previously suspended Special Adviser, Mr. Felix Isere.
Barr. Otono is a legal practitioner with extensive experience in commercial, real estate, and oil and gas law.
He is a member of both the Nigerian Bar Association and the International Bar Association and currently serves as a Senior Partner at Kay and Kay Legal.
In addition to his professional work, he is known as a real estate entrepreneur, philanthropist, and community mobilizer.
